Real Onsen (温泉)
Natural hot springs populate practically every corner and crevice of Japan, and can be located indoors and outdoors, may be separated by gender or open to mixed bathing, and some are simply “wild” and undeveloped commercially. There is a difference, however, between what is known as "real" onsen and " inauthentic".  Naturally, wild onsen are the most real of all, but some Japanese inns (ryokan) and resort villages, and even some public bath houses, have been built around actual hot springs flowing from the earth, and which contain natural minerals that confer health benefits to bathers.  Still more, however, have been developed for commercial purposes and may not contain natural minerals at all.  Our Association guides you 100% pure flesh hot spring mineral ONSEN which means no use of circulation, no use tap-water.  We are not argue tap-water bath is good enough relaxation, but we would like to give you real natural hot spring experience while you are staying hot spring country, Japan.
